Jaguar E Type S2 4.2 FHC – LHD – Ready to Enjoy

This Jaguar E Type S2 4.2 Fixed Head Coupe has only ever had 3 owners from new.

The first owner Mr Robert A Cassuto from Irvive Califronia purchased this E Type S2 Coupe from Poole Buick Company his local Jaguar Dealer in February 1969 & enjoyed this E Type  FHC for the next 33 years until 2002, the second owner from 2002 until 2016, & the third owner from 2016 until 2022 & is a matching numbers example finished in its original exterior colour of Light Blue as shown & comfirmed by it’s Jaguar Heritage Certificate.

Lanes Cars undertook for it’s third owner a front rebuild, which included rebuilding its original engine including a Unleaded Conversion & fitting a 5-speed Gearbox New Clutch, Power Assisted Steering, Electronic Ingition, High Torque Starter Motor, Original Raditor Rebuilt, Stainless Steel Brake Hoses, Upgraded Front Fosseway Calipers & Vented Discs, Gaz Shock Absorbers as well as fitting a completely new interior and has been well maintained from new which is evident from the accompanying large history file of invoices & photographs of works completed.

We completed all of this work for our client in 2017 who is now returning back to America to live & will not be taking his E Type back with him this time.
